Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Australian Returns

For Australian customers, a return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns at our discretion.

International Returns

For all international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kitty Activewear is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
